Young Dynasty is committed to provide a service which does not require our users’ personal information in order to generate revenue.
In order for us, Young Dynasty, to provide you, User, with our Service, we need to process information relating to your Subscription Plan. However, we do not process any more of your information than we need to in order to provide our Service.

We use the following definitions in this Privacy Policy:
“Personal Data” or “Personally Identifiable Information” means any data which relates to a living individual who can be identified from that data or from that data and other information which is in the possession of, or is likely to come into the possession of Young Dynasty. In addition to factual information, it includes any expression of opinion about an individual and any indication of the intentions of Young Dynasty or any other person in respect of an individual.
For the purposes of data protection laws, we may be identified as a “Data Controller” with respect to certain Personal Data and may receive such information about you; you may be referred to as a “Data Subject”.
Other words starting with a capital letter shall have the meaning given to them in Emporter’s Terms of Service.
In the course of providing our Service, Young Dynasty may process information about you, in several manners:
Young Dynasty receives Mac App Store receipts, which does not allow Young Dynasty to personally identify you, only the transaction itself. The information contained within the receipt is used to prove a purchase of a Subscription Plan was made, and that the purchased Subscription Plan is still valid.
Should you choose to send feedback within Emporter, we will need your name and email address in order to follow up with you. When sharing feedback, you can choose whether or not to include application logs, which may or may not include information about your project. You have the option to review the logs before they are sent.
In the event of Content that is in violation of Emporter’s Terms of Service or any applicable laws, rules or regulations, said Content may be reported to Young Dynasty. The report form requires that the individual flagging Content provide their first and last name, along with an email address - during the completion of the report form, the individual’s IP address will also be collected. This information is processed in order to follow-up on reporting. In order to prevent this Content from being published again by the same User, Young Dynasty collects Users’ device identifiers, subscription ID when the case may be, as well as IP addresses - Emporter uses that information to prevent reported Content from becoming available again.
Young Dynasty provides a newsletter through which we share updates on our products. If you are not an existing customer, this processing is based on your consent. If you are an existing customer, this processing is based on Emporter’s legitimate interest to conduct direct marketing regarding products and services similar to Emporter. In any case, you may opt out of receiving this newsletter at any time by clicking the link available in the email.
Young Dynasty may also collect non-personal information for anonymous statistics regarding the use of Emporter.
Once a URL is created, anyone may view the content. You may password-protect access within the App.
We may also share your Personal Data outside of Young Dynasty for the following purposes:
with our business partners, such as email service providers, and cloud service providers such as Google Cloud Platform.
with third party agents and contractors for the purposes of providing services to us (for example, Young Dynasty’s accountants, professional advisors, IT and communications providers and debt collectors). These third parties are subject to appropriate data protection obligations;
to the extent required by law, for example if we are under a duty to disclose your Personal Data in order to comply with any legal obligation (including, without limitation, in order to comply with tax reporting requirements and disclosures to regulators), or to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

Because our goal is to provide you with the best service available, requests to our Service may be routed to the server closest to you. You also have the option within the App to choose the region you wish to use. For EU residents, this may have the effect of transferring your Personal Data outside the EU. In the course of those transfers, your data is encrypted and secure.
How long we will hold your Personal Data for will vary and will be determined by the following criteria:
the purposes for which we are using it, namely the performance of the Service
legal obligations – laws or regulation may set a minimum period for which we have to keep your Personal Data, such as accounting purposes.
Once the purposes of data collection are fulfilled, or legal obligations applying to Young Dynasty are subject to statutes of limitation, your Personal Data shall be either archived securely or deleted permanently.

You can exercise your rights by contacting us at support@emporter.app, along with proof of your identification. Please note that we may still be entitled to process your Personal Data if we have another legitimate reason for doing so, such as complying with a legal obligation.
Our privacy policy might change or be edited for clarity over time.
In such event, Young Dynasty will prompt User through the App so that User may consult the amended Privacy Policy and accept it in order to continue to use the Service. The updated Privacy Policy is applicable as soon as User accepts it.
If User disagrees with the amended Privacy Policy, User shall not continue to use the App. Such refusal will prevent User to use the Service. In such case, User is invited to stop using the App and cancel their Subscription if they have one, and delete the App from their device.
